Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed on SS Foods, cancellations may only be accepted if the request is made before the order is processed for dispatch. Once the order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellations will not be entertained.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The order was canceled before dispatch.
  • The product received was incorrect or damaged.
  • The product was expired upon delivery.

All refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of order delivery by contacting our customer support at +91 6281 273 255 with appropriate proof.

3. No Refunds on Perishable Items

Since food products are perishable, SS Foods does not accept returns or provide refunds once the order has been delivered correctly.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method used for purchase.
